Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website toolkithazelhub.click and consulting engagements with Hazel Hub Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Hazel Hub," "we," "us"). By accessing this website or confirming a written engagement quote, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Hazel Hub provides sales pipeline analytics, data visualization reports, audits, workshops, and related consulting deliverables for B2B commercial teams. Specific scope, timeline, and fees are defined in a written quote or statement of work accepted by both parties. Website content describes our services for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization when submitting inquiries or entering engagements on its behalf. We may decline engagements at our discretion before a deposit is received.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate CRM exports, stage definitions, and other materials within agreed timelines. Delays in client-provided data may extend delivery schedules without penalty to Hazel Hub. Clients are responsible for securing appropriate internal approvals to share data with us under their own privacy and confidentiality obligations.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use final deliverables (reports, charts, recordings) for internal business purposes. Hazel Hub retains ownership of methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials. We may reuse anonymized, aggregated insights that do not identify the client or its customers. Website content, branding, and design remain our property.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat non-public business information shared during engagements as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or the information is publicly available without breach. Confidentiality survives termination of the engagement for three years.

6. Payment

Fees, deposit amounts, and payment schedules are specified in the written quote. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted under Korean law, whichever is lower. We may suspend work on overdue accounts after written notice.

7. Limitation of liability

Our deliverables support business decision-making but do not guarantee specific revenue, forecast, or sales outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hazel Hub's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

8. Website use

You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use the site in violation of applicable law. Contact form submissions must be truthful and must not contain malicious code.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Busan, Republic of Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance. Active engagements remain governed by the Terms in effect when the quote was accepted, except where changes are required by law.
